I am very excited to have found Mr. HVAC. I’m impressed on all fronts: promptness, professionalism, attention to detail, friendliness and responsiveness. It has not been easy trying to dial in a consistent Heating & Air company for my home in Lexington. They are my for sure go to moving forward. Quotes were initiated if they made recommendations. Chris took pictures of the problem areas and reported to me in a timely fashion. Information is readily at hand through their invoicing portal. Home repair and maintenance are never fun. Mr. HVAC make those issues efficient to deal with.

Wonderful customer service. Quick response and explained everything inspected regarding HVAC system. Provided ease of mind just before turning on heat. Would recommend to anyone. The technician Ted was very polite and answered all questions.

My new go-to for anything heating and cooling. Chris did an excellent job and had our AC running again in no time. The other places I called couldn’t make it out for 4-5 days and MrHVAC had someone out here in less than 24 hours. Super impressed with the work and the price. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Listen, if ya’ll don’t use these guys, you are crazy. It’s hard to find honest, knowledgeable, and reliable HVAC companies but Mr HVAC is that company. These guys are awesome. I will never call anyone else.

Ted came out to our house because our upstairs AC went out the previous night. He fixed the issue quickly and then made sure the other unit for the downstairs was not clogged like the other unit. Then he checked the outside fans and even cleaned them with the water hose to help with energy efficiency. I highly recommend Mr. HVAC for all your HVAC issues!
